Liam Ambrose

Executive Headteacher 

 Liam joined Watton Federation staff in September 2025. Liam joined the Governing Body in September 2025. 
Rachel Mather – Head of School Rachel joined Watton Federation staff in September 2012. Rachel joined the Governing Body in September 2024. 

Jan Hatchell -Chair of Governors - Appointed Governor 

 Jan joined the Governing body in November 2023. Jan became Chair of Governors in January 2025. 
Miriam Elston – Clarion Corvus Member and Co-opted Governor Formerly a Governor for Watton Federation under the Corvus Education trust which has now merged with Clarion to form Clarion Corvus Trust from 1 April 2023. 
Joanne Howe – Appointed Governor A new Governor who joined the Governing body in May 2023. 

John Robson - Appointed Governor

 John has extensive experience within education, previously working as Headteacher at Hobart High School. During this time John gained extensive experience in Finance, Leadership, Governance and provided a safe and secure environment in which children could learn. John was often approached to support LA Maintained schools in financial difficulties.
Following retirement John continued to support several failing schools with Interim leadership roles and provided a consultancy service to a Norfolk Trust.
